Finance Act 2013 has now received Royal Assent and we are delighted to announce that on Tuesday 10 September we will be holding a special two hour Breakfast Tax Briefing. The briefing will provide a review of the Finance Act in its final form including any changes made as the bill passed through Parliament.
The programme for the morning is as follows:
8.00 Registration and breakfast
8.30 Paula Tallon / Paul Howard / Martin Mann – Key tax changes effecting personal, employment and business tax and opportunities for planning
9.45 Priya Dutta – Changes made to the Annual Tax on Enveloped Dwellings (ATED)
10.00 Ian Maston – Deductibility of debts for IHT and the new rules for transfers between UK and non-UK domiciled spouses

A meeting will be held at the Arundel House at 13-15 Arundel Street, Temple Place, London WC2R 3DX. Arundel House is situated in the heart of London, overlooking the Thames. It was built in the nineteenth century by the Duke of Norfolk and the venue has recently been refurbished. The views from our room are outstanding, capturing images of Tower Bridge in the east and London Eye, Big Ben and Parliament in the west.
